I am currently in-network with Quest Behavioral Health & Select Health Colorado through the Headway platform.
For all other insurance carriers I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can assist you with verifying if you qualify for reimbursement with out-of-network benefits and provide you with a superbill each month.
-
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company.
Unlike in-network providers, who bill your insurance company directly, with out-of-network therapists, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
Insurance companies often reimburse a percentage of the therapist's fee, usually after you meet an out-of-network deductible.
Out-of-network benefits give you the flexibility to choose a therapist based on your needs and preferences, not just those in-network.
-
A superbill is a receipt made for insurance companies that details the services a therapist or health care provider performed needed for insurance payers to reimburse you for the services after you’ve paid.
-
I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Yes, as a clinician, I want to help those who are uninsured, underinsured or who cannot afford traditional therapy fees, so I partnered with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. I reserve 5 Sliding Scale therapy spots for Open Path clients per week between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday.
Open Path requires a one-time $65 membership fee that helps them “keep the lights on” and continue to offer affordable therapy to those in need. Your lifetime membership allows you to access to sliding scaled therapist around the country for as long as you are in need.
My Sliding Scale rate is set at $70 for 50-Minute Therapy Sessions. If my sliding scale therapy spots are full, I can happily add you to my waitlist.
You can find my profile HERE. For more information on Open Path and Sliding Scale Sessions, Schedule a FREE Consultation.
