  • I do not accept or bill insurance. I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can assist you with verifying if you qualify for reimbursement with out-of-network benefits and provide you with a superbill each month.

  • If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company.

    Unlike in-network providers, who bill your insurance company directly, with out-of-network therapists, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.

    Insurance companies often reimburse a percentage of the therapist's fee, usually after you meet an out-of-network deductible.

    Out-of-network benefits give you the flexibility to choose a therapist based on your needs and preferences, not just those in-network.

  • A superbill is a receipt made for insurance companies that details the services a therapist or health care provider performed needed for insurance payers to reimburse you for the services after you’ve paid.

  • Yes you can! But insurers hate making things easy for patients.

  • FSA Cards, HSA Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club)

  • I only provide therapy via virtual visits to anyone located within the state of Colorado.

  • If you late cancel (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show to any session, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled session.

  • If you are a new client, you can schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation here. If you are a current client, you can login to your secure portal to schedule a session. I am also available by email or phone.

  • I'll spend time getting to know you, your history, the reason you're coming to therapy, and we will begin working on a plan to help you feel better.

  • I am trained to treat a variety of conditions however I specialize in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and addiction.
